Our client is a reputable and well-established company in the recreation industry with good workplace culture. They are looking for a Admin Account Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate member records and databases.
  • Handle new membership applications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Handle membership billing, payment follow-ups, and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to member enquiries.
  • Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in customer service / membership service / hospitality sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.
  • Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic teams.
Work Hours

Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
