A student care organization in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual to manage fees, enrolments, and general administration duties. The role involves liaising with parents regarding student care fees and handling necessary documentation. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably have 1-year experience in the educational field. Skills in multitasking, organization, and communication are essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Collect and follow up with parents on monthly student care fees
Prepare receipt for payments
Submit fee collections and relevant documents to HQ Finance
Collection of holiday outings fees and prepare relevant documents
Handle parents’ enquiries, process students’ enrolment / registration and withdrawal
Collect and verify all necessary documents, including SCFA subsidy documents (subject to eligibility)
Ensure all students’ information are recorded and filed accurately
Prepare, maintain and file accurate records of students’ attendance / enrolments / withdrawals / SCFA subsidies and MPP sessions
Update students’ files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Prepare staff meetings minutes and put up notices, etc
Conduct monthly stock check for Centre’s items, e.g. uniform, stationery, food necessity, etc
Prepare requisition orders for Centre’s items, e.g. uniform, stationery, food necessity, etc
Handle and process internal and external correspondences (phones, emails, letters and documents, etc)
Maintain a well‑organised, safe and clean Reception Area
Daily supervision of students’ safety
Assist in classroom duties as and when required
Assist in all Centre functions / events and other administrative support as and when required
Any other duties or projects assigned by the Centre Manager / Senior Teacher
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferably with 1‑year work experience in educational industry and familiar with LittleLives system advantageous
Candidate with prior experience from student care centre will be an advantage
Good team player with interpersonal, communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Patient in dealing with children
