Job description

We are seeking an ACLP / ACTA-certified adjunct trainer passionate about adult learning and skilled in digital and technology domains. This role focuses on teaching learners practical skills in content creation, digital marketing, social media, Google tools, and AI for WSQ-funded courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for adult learners under WSQ programs.
• Teach modules in areas such as:
  • Content Creation for digital platforms
  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Digital Marketing fundamentals, campaigns and analytics
  • Google Tools & Platforms (Analytics, Ads, etc)
  • Introduction to AI and emerging tech concepts
• Assess learners fairly in accordance with WSQ competency standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner growth.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with SSG requirements.

Requirements

• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance) or ACTA certification (mandatory).
• Expertise in at least one of the following: Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Google tools, or AI fundamentals.
• Prior experience in adult education, WSQ programs, or training facilitation.
• Strong communication and learner engagement skills.

Work Arrangement

• Freelance / Contract / Part-time
• Flexible schedule (weekdays or weekends)
• Training will be onsite

Compensation

$40 – $60 per hour, depending on experience & expertise.
