Transport allowance is provided, and the shift is typically from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday duties.

Job Description & Requirements

• Experience in ACMV, AHU, FCU, COOLING TOWER
• Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance for all ACMV systems in the building
• Perform investigation, rectification works and update supervisor on the progress
• Respond to all complaints promptly including part replacement
• Perform regular maintenance at site
• Undertake ad-hoc maintenance or repair tasks as assigned
• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture during all maintenance activities
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping
• Any other duties as and when assigned
• Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times

Requirements

• BCA SEC(k) / coretrade in ACMV or mechanical trade preferred
• Willing and able to work in healthcare division
• Minimum 3 years in ACMV maintenance in building facilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent WSH experience and behaviour
• Transport allowance provided

Work Shift

Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm

Alternate Saturdays: 8am to 12pm
