Job summary

A construction services company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate experienced in tender surveying and contract document preparation. The ideal applicant should possess at least a Diploma and have familiarity with ACMV/HVAC systems. Local construction experience is a plus, and immediate availability is preferred. This role requires handling various tasks including document preparation and cost analysis for contracts and tenders.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma is required.
• Familiarity with ACMV/HVAC Systems is necessary.
• Local construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tender surveying and check documents.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare quotations, variation orders, and cost plans.
• Coordinate submission of documents to clients and authorities.
• Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Tender Surveying, Checking of documents and understanding of specifications;
2. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, Liaise with the client / consultants
3. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
4. Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.
5. Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Familiar with ACMV /HVAC System;
• Preferably have local construction experiences;
• Prefer immediate available candidate.
