Qualifications

• 3 – 8 years of relevant QS experience in construction or similar projects.
• Experience with HDB/BTO/Residential/Commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and cost estimation for projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive quotations.
• Review contract terms and prepare tender documents.
• Process monthly progress claims for clients.
• Liaise with clients and project teams on contractual matters.
