About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at Jetsea Logistics (S) Pte Ltd. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the full set of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
