Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Finance & Admin Executive in Singapore. The role involves managing full bookkeeping tasks, vendor payments, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities
  • Full spectrum of bookkeeping: AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
  • Handle vendor payments, and GST submissions.
  • Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting.
  • Prepare simple financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked, compliant, and efficient.
  • Assist in procurement and contract administration.
  • Be the point person for corporate secretary, bank, and auditor communication.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin.
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance / admin role, preferably in SME settings.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other cloud accounting software.
