Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support by assisting with monthly closing and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist with yearly external audits and stock-taking activities.
• Prepare financial reports, including AR aging, collection status, and cash flow forecasts.
• Update bank books and perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable and ensure all receipts are accurately recorded.
• Update monthly exchange rates in the accounting system.
• Maintain and update the fixed assets register.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years ofAccounts Receivable experience
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in Sun Accounting System will be advantageous
