Job summary

An automotive and trading company in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage full set accounts, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate month-end closures. Position: Account Executive

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handling Account Payable & Account Receivable and report to Account Manager on AR Listing
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers
• Manage Revenue & Receivable accounting and Internal Audit Functions
• Ensure Accurate and Timely closing of ledger systems on a monthly basis
• Bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Prepare monthly instalment within the stipulated time
• Prepare audit schedule and relevant documents for audits.
• Check through admin close files entries thoroughly.
• Guiding new staffs on system
• Liaise with auditor on queries and provide documentation.
• Sales commission computation.
• GST Submission
• Any accounts related Ad-hoc work.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Bilingual
• Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
• Good communication skills
