Job description

Our client is looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join the Finance team in Singapore.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) including full set accounting practices
• Ensure accurate and timely GST submissions and corporate income tax filings
• Prepare financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest level of accuracy in all calculations and data management

Requirements

• Proficient IT knowledge, particularly in accounting software and systems
• Proven ability to manage full set accounting tasks independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in figure work
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking counterpart
• Pleasant, positive personality with a meticulous approach at work
• Able to learn new systems and working method fast
• Willing to work at Tuas vicinity
• Hybrid work arrangement available.
• Diploma holder with strong foundation in accounting and hands on experience with the use of ERP / electronic accounting systems.

• An ACCA qualification or familiar with Variance Analysis Reports will be an advantage
