Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers for vehicle transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and assist with audits.
• Liaise with internal sales teams, finance partners, and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting (automotive industry experience preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, MYOB, Xero, or SAP) is an advantage.
