About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of handling a full set of accounts independently while supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Manage staff claims, petty cash, and supplier payments.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
