Job summary

A Singapore-based trading company is looking for a full-time HR and Accounts Officer. You will handle human resource matters and manage accounting tasks, including AR and AP control, along with inventory data management. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with associates.

• Handle human resource matters
• Handle partial / full set of account (includes import & export)
• AR & AP control and reconciliation
• Inventory data management

Requirements

• Immediate availability is preferred. Full-time permanent position
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR or partial/full set of account in trading company
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Pleasant, with high level of integrity and willing to multitask
• Mature, organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
