Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support payroll processing and related statutory compliance where necessary.
  • Prepare and process petty cash transactions.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors / clients to resolve queries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience (1–3 years) in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
