Job summary

A Singaporean engineering company is seeking an experienced Accounts and HR Executive to manage full set of accounts and HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience, a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, and be able to communicate in Mandarin. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of $3000 to $4000, with the location near Pioneer MRT Station.

Qualifications

  • Immediate availability preferred for a full-time permanent position.

  • Assist in managing full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL.

Education

Job description
Important: Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees.
Accounts:
  • Assist the Senior Accounts Executive in managing full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow updates.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset schedules.
  • Assist in GST reports and other tax-related matters.
  • Support inventory and stock accounting.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions.
HR (managing fewer than 40 employees):
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle renewal of work permits, including applications, amendments, and liaison with Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, arranging interviews, and assisting in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage and track leave records, staff claims, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Assist in the implementation and upkeep of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documents when required.
Requirements:
  • Immediate availability is preferred. Full-Time permanent position.
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Salary range of $3000 to $4000 depending on experience.
  • Work Location: Jurong West/Pioneer - Kian Teck Way (Nearest Train Station Pioneer MRT Station).
