Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and send invoices promptly; follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection

  • Handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and managing cash inflows

  • Track overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions to facilitate collections

  • Accurately record accounts receivable transactions, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting system

  • Prepare and distribute monthly account statements to customers

  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records

  • Support the month-end closing process to maintain up-to-date financial reporting

  • Carry out additional administrative and accounting tasks as required

Requirements
  • Min. O level

  • Min. 1 year of experience in related field

  • Familiar with AR, AP, cash management, and transaction recording

  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Able to commit to work late when required to meet deadlines or during peak periods

  • Experience with accounting software (Navision) is a plus
