Job Description

Black Kylin Investment Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations. The role requires handling full sets of accounts and communicating with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of finance records
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external vendors
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience in private equity, investment, or financial services is an advantage
