Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts cum Administrative Executive. The role involves maintaining full sets of accounts, processing transactions, and performing general administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy and two years of experience in accounting. Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel is essential. The position offers a monthly salary range of $3,400 to $4,500.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts cum Administrative Executive

$3,400-$4,500

5 working days, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Near Suntec City


Accounts Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and prepare timely journal entries, reports and schedules for multiple entities.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage loan covenants and ensure compliance with bank requirements.
  • Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
  • Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission
  • Assist with year-end financial closing and audit processes.
  • Liaise with external partners (company secretary, tax agents, auditors and banks).
  • Support the preparation of financial forecast and budgeting.

Administrative Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup & strike off companies with company secretary.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MYOB & Microsoft Excel.
  • Matured, organized and meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Report to Finance Manager.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to prioritise tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to details, possesses positive can-do attitude and willing to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
