Responsibilities

• Assist with AP & AR processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
• Prepare Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission.
• Handle compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings.
• Assist with data entry and report generation in cloud accounting.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Prepare payroll & leave software for fewer than 10 persons.
• Prepare monthly pay slip and Auto Inclusion Scheme for IRAS.
• Any other administration work assigned by Senior Management.
