Jupiter 57, established in 2004, is a leading importer of historic artisan Italian brands in Singapore.

We are hiring an Accounts Admin Executive who will be an integral part of our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a significant role in ensuring the Company's financial statements are maintained in a complete and accurate manner while assisting with other office admin functions.

  • Assist in problem solving, recommend improvements on the process flows and controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle full set of accounts including receivables, payables, invoices, reconciliation in Xero to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, GST and tax filings.
  • Process incoming orders liaising with our clients and our warehouse team.
  • Create well organized files, archives, reports and records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing internal organization processes in a timely manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance or any equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
  • 2+ years of academic and/or industry experience in accounting, finance or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good English language skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft office packages (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Xero.
  • Experience with Google Workspace/Drive is an asset.
  • Experience working in other F&B industry companies is a plus.

WORKING HOURS

5-day work week, Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
