A leading personnel services company in Singapore is seeking a Finance professional to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. This role involves preparing monthly management reports, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and driving process improvements in accounting practices. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor setup and payment processing.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions such as billing and customer account management.
• Perform General Ledger and fixed asset accounting including monthly journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly management reports and financial reporting to Group.
• Support audit and compliance requirements while liaising with auditors.
• Drive process improvements and support ad‑hoc finance projects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor setup, invoice verification, payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, and year‑end accruals.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, receipt tracking, customer account management, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and revenue accruals/deferrals.
• Perform General Ledger and fixed asset accounting, including month‑end journals, depreciation, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly management reports, variance analysis, outlooks, and quarterly financial reporting to Group.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements, including GST and corporate tax matters, and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls, and support ad‑hoc finance projects to enhance accounting efficiency and reporting quality.
