Introduction

This is a 6-month contract role to cover a maternity leave period. The Accountant will support the finance team in managing consolidation, reporting, and coordination with overseas subsidiaries to ensure smooth financial operations during the incumbent’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts of a few entities, namely Holdings company, two dormant investment holdings companies, and a subsidiary.
• Lead and provide guidance to the subordinates for accounts closing for Holdings company and the subsidiary.
• Preparation of monthly Management Reports for the two dormant investment holdings companies.
• Assist the manager in the preparation of consolidated financial statement.
• Assist in liaison with overseas subsidiaries.
• Other ad-hoc assignment.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required

• Degree holder or equivalent in Accountancy.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to effectively communicate with China-based counterparts on work-related matters.
• Possess a good working attitude, strong analytical skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
