Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage thefull set of accountsindependently.
- Record and review all accounting entries, including revenue, expenses, and AR/AP.
- Perform monthlybank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
- Issue invoices and monitor collection status/aging reports.
- Process vendor payments and manage payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers for customers and suppliers.
3. Financial Reporting & Management Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Provide financial analysis and management reports as required by leadership.
- Assist in annualbudgetingand perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle all tax filings (., VAT/GST, withholding tax, and corporate income tax).
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with local accounting standards and tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax authorities.
5. Payroll & HR Administration
- Calculate monthly salaries, bonuses, and overtime pay.
- Manage statutory contributions (e.g., social insurance, health insurance, and pension funds).
- Prepare payroll-related reports and filing documents.
6. Internal Control & Administrative Support
- Establish and maintain basic internal control procedures.
- Organ and archive financial documents, contracts, and sensitive records.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:Proven experience in managingfull set of accountsis highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) andAdvanced Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills:* Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
