About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting. Training and mentorship will be provided. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in payroll processing when necessary.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in accounting/finance is an advantage (optional).
Work Arrangement
Full-time, on-site position (no hybrid arrangement).
