About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting. Training and mentorship will be provided. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Work with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Assist in payroll processing when necessary.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
