Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow IT manpower outsourcing and development services across Public Sector agencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for government accounts, building trusted, long‑term relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Identify new tender opportunities, lead tender preparation and post‑submission follow‑ups, and manage newly awarded accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project requirements, deliverables, and up‑sell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Monitor government technology trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine business strategies and expand partner networks.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business, IT, or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ related working experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, government tender processes, and contract requirements.
• Excellent relationship‑building, coordination, and organizational skills; knowledge of IT, software, or cloud services is an advantage.
