Job summary

A leading MultiTech tech company is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Singapore. This role involves building strong relationships with partners and providing timely support to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in account management or a similar role, excellent communication skills, and must be fluent in Bahasa-Indonesia to liaise with stakeholders in the Indonesia market. It's a 12-month contract role with possible extensions.

Our client is a leading MultiTech tech company specializing in travel, short and long term homestay experiences.

This is a 12 month contract role (open to extension).

Job Responsibilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with your partners - delivering helpful, timely support and occasionally meeting them in person within your territory.
  • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide partners toward success.
  • Understand company’s product and partner's pain points deeply using that knowledge to advise partner and share meaningful feedback with internal teams.
  • Partner with your team to run engaging one-to-many programs like webinars and campaigns that help partners at scale.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Excellent communicator - confident presenting ideas and building rapport in person, by phone, and over email.
  • A natural relationship builder with energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Strong commercial skills to be able to drive overall revenue growth for hosts
  • Comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Organized and able to balance short-term actions with long-term growth.
  • Must have good communication skills and fluent in Bahasa-Indonesia Language to liaise with stakeholders from Indonesia Market.
