Drive revenue growth by leading sales initiatives for printing and IT services. Engage clients through strategic prospecting, deliver compelling presentations, and manage customer relationships to exceed sales targets and support business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research to expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of printing and IT services
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform and adapt sales strategies
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of products and services
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager to support strategic decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Sales experience in IT office automation or a related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a dynamic environment
- IT-savvy with the ability to leverage technology in sales processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with good command of English
