About the Role:

The role will be to provide project support for Merchant & Banking Clients who are based in Vietnam, knowledge of Vietnamese is required.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our regional business development team. This role involves managing and growing relationships with clients across the Asia Pacific region, with a primary focus on Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English to effectively collaborate across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business relationships with assigned clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
  • Lead client engagements and sales initiatives across Vietnam and other APAC markets in alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow market share, identify new opportunities, and expand existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with country teams to secure strategic deals and generate leads.
  • Understand clients’ payment strategies and segment them to prioritize engagement efforts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM tools and ensure client continuity support when team members are unavailable.
  • Uphold company policies and internal controls while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
  • Stay informed on market trends and propose innovative approaches to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or financial services.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing accounts, negotiating partnerships, and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
