Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to develop sales strategies and build strong customer relationships in the semiconductor ecosystem. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, a degree, and possesses strong sales and negotiation skills. This role includes the responsibility of generating new and existing sales and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies and business plans to achieve sales growth and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships in assigned accounts in the Semiconductor ecosystem and maintain high customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Responsible for generating existing and new sales for assigned accounts in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop strategies in achieving sales growth.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and drive these leads independently.
  • Participate in forecast meetings with regular reporting of sales activities.
  • Interpret customer requirements and work closely with headquarters and solution engineering teams to create solution proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships and grow executive-level relationships in these accounts to drive strategic product and solutions direction for Keysight.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor and wireless ecosystems would be an added advantage.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the job.
  • Strong interest to learn about technology and a strong passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong customer focus, committed, sales and results-driven, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
