Now, we’re looking for a driven, curious, and creative Account Executive to join our Singapore team.
What You’ll Do
Every day brings something new, but you’ll get to:
- Work alongside senior team members to deliver impactful projects across a wide range of industries.
- Help transform complex business and sustainability content into communications people actually want to read.
- Be the heartbeat of projects: prepare clear briefs, track timelines, and keep everyone aligned.
- Research trends, industries, and best practices to bring fresh insights into our client work.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and presentations that showcase how we create value.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, consultants, and designers across our global offices.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate (Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields) or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in an agency, corporate comms, PR, or marketing role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A confident communicator – able to make ideas clear and engaging in writing and in person.
- A natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings positivity and initiative.
- Curious about business, brands, sustainability, and design – with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and eager to pick up new tools.

Interview Process
- Phone screening – A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Manager to get to know you better and answer your initial questions.
- First interview (Teams) – A conversation with your potential Hiring Manager about the role, your experience, and what excites you.
- Second interview (face-to-face) – Meet with our Hiring Director, Hiring Manager, and possibly our CEO. This is where we dive deeper into how you think, collaborate, and what you’ll bring to the team.
