Job Description
  1. Daily Accounting Operations
    • Handle full set of accounts or partial accounts (AP/AR/GLli>
    • Record invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
    • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
  2. Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Process supplier invoices and staff claims
    • Prepare payment schedules and execute payments
    • Reconcile supplier statements
  3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Issue invoices and credit notes
    • Track online orders and tally documents with payments
  4. Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
    • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
  5. Month-End & Year-End Closing
    • Assist in monthly closing activities
    • Prepare notes for management accounts
    • Support year-end financial closing
  6. Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) by Quickbook
    • Assist in analyzing inventory management
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  7. Compliance & Tax
    • Prepare GST submissions
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  8. System & Process Improvement
    • Maintain accuracy in QuickBooks systems
    • Assist in improving accounting processes and controls
