Job summary

A well-established cable manufacturer in Singapore is looking for an Account Executive to assist with various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Finance or Accountancy and be proficient in English and MYOB. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of $3,500 to $4,500 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s) & Skills: English & MYOB Accounting program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting tasks including creating invoices and issuing POs.
• Prepare Payment Voucher for payment purposes.
• In charge of Petty Cash and support on closing.
• In charge of Payroll.
• Support in yearly audits.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.

We are a well-established cable manufacture & construction Korea company in Singapore. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Position

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Working Hours

8:30 to 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Working Place

Near Tai Seng MRT (1 min)

Responsibilities

• To assist accounting tasks (i.e. create invoices & issued PO)
• Prepare Payment Voucher for payment purpose
• Incharge of Petty Cash & support on closing
• Incharge of Payrol
• Support in yearly audit
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by Director.

Applicant

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s) & Skills: English & MYOB Accounting program.
• Our company does not have foreign quotes so we are accepting Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants only.

Salary

$3,500~4,500 (PER MONTH) depending on your skills & experience.
