• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
• Process sales and supplier invoices.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Manage tax compliance including corporate income tax.
• Liaise with bankers on banking facilities.
• Prepare monthly payroll.

Job description

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.

• Process sales invoices and supplier invoices.

• Prepare monthly financial reports.

• Participate in financial audits.

• Manage tax compliance, including corporate income tax, deferred tax, tax returns, GST submission and others.

• Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (TT, loan monitoring etc)

• Monthly preparation of payroll

• Data Entry - stock in (stock system) month end double check the actual stock listing & stock system quantity

• Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

• Cash recording of multi currencies

• Assist in HR management

• To handle any other ad-hoc task that is assigned by management or superior from time to time.
