Are you a consultative sales professional ready to own your own territory and drive consistent revenue growth across South East Asia, within existing clients?

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Account Director, South East Asia, based out of our Singapore office. Work in a hybrid model (3 days in office), this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact in a global financial intelligence leader.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As Account Director, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients across South East Asia. Your mission: open doors, deepen relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable value. You’ll combine consultative selling, and value based approach, with next-gen outreach strategies to help clients harness Fitch Solutions’ data and insights for better decisions, actual business impact and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and Drive Growth: Proactively uncover new opportunities within strategic accounts and beyond.
  • Own Your Territory: Treat your region like your own business—plan, execute, and show strong accountability to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Engage C-Suite: Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Go Higher, Wider, Deeper: Expand influence across buying committees and business units.
  • Generate Demand: Use insight-led conversations to create urgency and value.
  • Next-Gen Outreach: Leverage multi-channel, multi-message, and multi-medium prospecting strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate curiosity and commitment to marginal gains and mastery of the sales craft.
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner with product, marketing, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
