Job summary

A Singapore-based recruitment agency is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage accounts receivable, billing, and vendor payments. 💼 Accounts Assistant (Finance)
📍 Location: East Singapore (Simei)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
💰 Salary: Up to $3,300
🔹 Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) billing and notify patients or payors on payment arrangements
  • Perform collection of fees, claims receipt posting, and timely updates
  • Support enquiries and feedback related to patient/vendor invoices and payments
  • Handle data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims
  • Process payments and reconcile vendors’ statements of accounts
  • Maintain and monitor monthly general ledger reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare, review, and upload monthly journal entries for month-end closing
  • Prepare and review audit schedules as requested
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and findings
  • Support systems implementation projects and related change management tasks
  • Track and monitor funding utilisation to ensure compliance
  • Review existing processes and recommend process improvements
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
