About the role

GKG Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Executive to support our India entity, with opportunities to assist in other regional operations as the role develops. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting and human resources functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks for the India entity (AP/AR, data entry)
  • Support bank reconciliations and month-end closing
  • Prepare basic schedules and reports for external accountants
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
HR & Payroll
  • Assist with payroll processing for the India entity
  • Support statutory submissions and HR administration
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
Regional Support
  • Provide support to finance and HR tasks for other regions as required
  • Coordinate with regional teams and external service providers
What we're looking for
  1. Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or HR role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organization
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with accounting and HR regulations
