Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Account Assistant to provide support in the Account Department. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, ledger updates, and client communications. The position offers a salary range of $2,300 – $2,600 with work hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Account Department.
  • Assist with data entry, processing, and record daily transactions.
  • Update Ledger.
  • Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as filing, answering phones, processing mails.
  • Process Bank LC & Bank Draft for export.
