Responsibilities

• Perform general painting, basic plumbing, and electrical repair works.
• Troubleshoot and repair room defects, including power trips and minor electrical issues.
• Carry out air‑conditioning cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Independent, self‑driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Workload may increase during hotel check‑out periods.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities support preferred.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 per month
• Bonus: Variable performance bonus (usually one month, based on individual and company performance)
