Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Preschool Cook. The role involves preparing daily meals and snacks for children, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and common areas. Ideal candidates must possess a food handling certificate and demonstrate knowledge in food safety. This position offers a salary of up to $1,800 and operates Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Possess a food handling or food hygiene–related certificate.
• Have basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals and snacks for children and staff.
• Ensure food meets basic nutritional and hygiene standards.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, pantry, and food preparation areas.
• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, toilets, and common areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and handle waste disposal.
• Assist with meal preparation during centre activities when required.
