Title

Service Line (based in Jakarta) – Senior Consultant

Location

Jakarta, ID

Work you’ll do

• Will be actively involved in providing accounting operations advisory services for clients such as but not limited to:
  • Finance transformation implementation support (e.g. financial report, chart of account, accounting posting rule, financial data model design, position paper)
  • Finance process and control (e.g. SOP, diagnostic, advanced finance, internal control over finance reporting, post‑merger integration)
  • Accounting/finance data analytics & reconciliation (e.g. AI implementation support, reconciliation)
• Will be involved in strategies project timelines, tracking progress, and ensure quality project delivery
• Will be involved in proposal development
• Responsible to coach junior staffs to assist in task delivery

Requirements

• The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in audit; or consulting in the accounting and financial reporting space (or a combination thereof).
• Able to work in team, has leadership and/or organizational experiences
• Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting from reputable university with minimum current/cumulative GPA of 3.3
• Excellent aptitude for learning technology applications related to accounting and financial reporting
• Existing familiarity with such technology applications would be beneficial
• A good understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS
• Have knowledge and experience in Power Query and SQL would be beneficial
• A proven ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple commitments
• Enjoys engaging with clients to identify their challenges and pain points, and working together with the team to design and implement the corresponding solutions
• A pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English is a must
• Ability to adapt to change and is open to new ideas
