A leading hospitality consultancy is seeking an experienced F&B Controller in Singapore. This vital role involves financial audits, inventory management, and vendor relations in an upscale restaurant setting. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or hospitality and have at least three years of relevant experience. Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary between SGD 5000 and SGD 7000, with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday.

This vital role significantly contributes to the accounting, purchasing and maintenance functions of the restaurant. These include daily audits of financials, weekly and month-end inventory for food and supplies, placing food and beverage orders with vendors, receiving of deliveries, organizing and rotating products and reconciling gross margin with sales audit. In addition, you will balance the restaurant bank accounts, make bank deposits, place service and maintenance calls and other duties as assigned.
