Job scope:

Monthly Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for USA, China, and other designated subsidiaries.
• Execute lease accounting processes and create accounting entries.
• Review entries interfaced from Reval, including interest expenses, derivatives, hedging, and amortization of discount/premium.
• Validate exchange rates sourced from Bloomberg.
• Perform month‑end reconciliations for Accounts Receivable/Other Receivable (AR/OR), Derivatives and hedging, Cash, and Controllable costs.
• Prepare hedge documentation and review bank reconciliations.

Periodic Financial Statements

• Group Level: Prepare designated Group final and interim AFS notes; review versions of AFS/IFS and MD&A.
• Subsidiary Level: Prepare AFS, financial summaries, and Letters of Representation (LOR); review audit opinions for other subsidiaries.
• Prepare condensed financial summaries for Q1 and Q3; detailed summary for Q2.
• Prepare quarterly intercompany loan reports.

Shareholder Reporting

• Prepare and review datapacks and HORs for submission.
• Prepare MOF reports.
