• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising line managers on workforce planning, retention strategies, and staff development.
• Support and coordinate HR operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, rewards, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
