Overview

Looking for passionate graduates from the Arts and Events!

Location: Lavender / Event site as required

Duration: Oct 2025 – Mar 2026, subject to renewal

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours. Due to nature of events, additional working hours compensated in overtime pay/time-off

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support national and district-level programmes, parades, and Art-related events.
  • Oversee event operations and logistics, including security arrangements, road closures, venue setup, carpark management, and wet weather planning.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, artists, schools, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Recruit, schedule, and engage volunteers, supporting training and welfare needs during events.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support, including grant applications, procurements, contract management, and report preparation.
  • Compile and manage project data, track finances, and maintain documentation for events and programmes.
Qualifications
  • Singaporeans only.
  • Diploma in Arts/Events Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends for events, with proficiency in MS Office and basic project administration.
