ABOUT THE ROLE

As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating three-dimensional (3D) graphics, motion graphics, and Computer Generated Images (CGI) using software such as Adobe Suite, Autodesk Maya, Redshift, etc. You will collaborate closely with programmers and artists to understand project requirements and ensure accurate implementation of desired effects. Timely delivery of assigned tasks according to scheduled plans is a key aspect of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand project requirements and conceptualize creative ideas.
• Create storyboards to visualize scenes and establish realistic environments for projects and visual effects.
• Contribute to the development of project presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest design / AI trends and developments within the field.
• Independently edit videos and other video/animation projects to meet Gain City communication objectives, such as 3D product trailer/advertisement, educational materials, corporate content, talent recruitment and training videos, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Graphics Design, Animation, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Self-motivated and capable of self-direction.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including workflow management and development tasks.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, for example, Adobe Suite, Autodesk Maya, Redshift, Blender, etc.
• Keen eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest creative software and hardware.
• Social media savvy with an understanding of multimedia product trends.
