We're looking for a skilled 3D Artist to join our team and help create stunning visual content for our XR and interactive projects.

What You’ll Do:
3D Content Creation:
  • Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for VR/AR experiences
  • Design and develop characters, environments, and props optimised for real-time rendering
  • Work with industry‑standard tools including Blender and Maya
  • Ensure assets meet technical specifications and performance requirements for Unity/Unreal Engine
Animation & Motion Capture:
  • Capture and process motion data using various motion‑capture systems
  • Clean and refine animations in software such as iClone for production‑ready quality
  • Implement and optimise character rigs and animations
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate assets into game engines
Pipeline & Collaborations:
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and project leads to maintain visual consistency
  • Participate in asset pipeline development and optimisation
  • Contribute to visual development and art direction discussions
  • Communicate progress and technical considerations effectively with the team
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in 3D Animation, Digital Arts, or related field
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in 3D modeling and animation
  • Strong proficiency in Blender and/or Maya
  • Experience with motion capture systems
  • Working knowledge of software such as iClone for animation cleanup
  • Portfolio demonstrating character modelling, environment art, or animation work
  • Understanding of real‑time rendering constraints and optimisation
