At SPEMOCEAN, we are seeking a 360 Sales Consultant to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement. You will partner with clients to understand their needs, design impactful talent strategies, and deliver high-caliber candidates who enable business success.

In this role, you will combine sales expertise with consultative recruitment skills, playing a key part in strengthening client relationships and shaping the future of the energy workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including business development, job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
  • Market & Talent Insights: Track sector trends and provide market intelligence to support client decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, pitch solutions, and support proposal preparation to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years’ proven success in 360 recruitment or sales roles within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong business development, client relationship management, and recruitment project leadership capabilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
