A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a seasoned recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT clients, focusing on the Semiconductor, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in agency recruitment or executive search and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting candidate evaluations, and ensuring a high-quality talent advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • End to end recruitment for IT & Non IT Clients
  • Responsible for business development, focusing on Semi Conductor, healthcare & life science sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Developing and demonstrating strong market knowledge – staying informed about key industry developments and growth areas.
  • Conduct detailed screening, candidate evaluation, and shortlist submissions
  • Manage interviews, feedback loops, negotiations, and successful closures
  • Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned clients
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence, hiring insights, and advisory on talent strategies
  • Support business development conversations alongside account managers when needed
  • Conduct talent mapping for niche or hard-to-fill roles
  • Stay updated on market trends, sector hiring patterns, and competitor insights
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in business administration or similar relevant education background.
  • Proven track record in permanent & contract placements and handling 360 recruitment.
  • Experience in client mapping and generating leads.
  • Strong client-facing capability with experience managing hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Work in a KPI driven model to achieve set targets by the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality talent advisory and client experience.
