• Ensure deliveries are executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure Transport Service Providers operate safely.
• Review and enforce Service Level Agreements.
• Engage stakeholders to align operational deliverables.
• Initiate and manage service improvement projects.
• Direct and coordinate external warehouse distribution.
• Review customer complaints regarding distribution services.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are executed in a Timely and Right First Time manner to foster customer satisfaction
• Ensure Transport Service Providers operate in Safe and Compliance
• Review, develop, monitor, and enforce the appropriate Service Level Agreement with Service Providers
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to align operational imperatives and deliverables
• Initiate and manage projects related to service, efficiency and / or savings improvements and drive all team members to engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives for their respective area of responsibility
• Direct and coordinate the distribution from external warehouse
• Review escalation of issues from customers’ or shippers’ and reviews complaints regarding distribution services

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Logistics/Shipping
• Prior logistics/shipping experience will be advantageous
